As CEO Christine leads the management team through the challenges of an evolving disability sector and direct business activities to deliver on strategic and financial plans. Christine also works closely with our participants and their families to ensure they receive the best services that our organisation can offer. 

Development Officer - Sue Field

Sue is our Development Officer and is responsible  for identifying workforce needs and priorities, and designs workforce development strategies which provide opportunities that build  capacity and support.

Support Coordinator - Ingrid Puxty

Ingrid is our Support Coordinator and Service Coordinator, and is also responsible for developing and coordinating supports for new and existing NDIS participants, including respite and daily living supports.

Program Officer/Team Leader Casey Ashlin

Casey is our Program Officer and Team Leader and implements and organises our monthly activities, manages the roster and oversees the program centres.

Julie is our Office Manager and Plan Manager and is responsible for finances and administration.

Emma is our Office Support which entails many different areas of responsbilities from program calendars, rosters and administration as well as support work.

Katrina is our Program Officer and Team Leader and implements and organises our monthly activities, manages the roster and oversees the program centres. 

Katrina comes from a background in children's services and Case Management.

 Brad is skilled in martial arts, panel beating, woodwork and cooking and is experienced in all areas of support work including working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Gladstone House

Gladstone House is an SDA home in Mudgee that is custom built for people with a disability. 

This is a 5 bedroom home with 4 tenants and we have a vacancy. For interest please call the office on 63723848 or email the CEO at c.e.o@mdssinc.org.

Mealey Centre

This is where we hold some of our respite (short term accommodation) and run programs and activities for people with disability with complex needs. Mealey Centre is also the hub for NDIS participants to learn independent living skills and who enjoy gaming on the PS4.

Lily Centre

Lily Centre is a hive of activity from social programs to living skills. We have people popping in and out of Lily from 8.00am - 6.00pm most days, with late evening activites up to 8.00pm on Fridays and overnight stays most nights of the week. Programs are held 6 days per week, as well as community programs and activities.
