   Julie is our Office Manager and Plan Manager and is responsible for finances and administration. Julie is an experienced bookkeeper and has been our Plan Manager since the NDIS rolled out in our area.

Kirsten is an experienced support worker and is also our Direct Service Coordinator.  Kirsten manages, plans, monitors and reports on delivery service to our NDIS participants and oversees day-day operations.

Taylor is our Program Officer and is responsible for developing all group activities and programs and works with individuals to develop their goals. Taylor is Team Leader of Lily Centre Day Programs.

Connie is office administrator and our HR office and handles all the office administration. Connie is the first person you will usually talk to on the phone or see when you come to the office.

Brad is Team Leader of our Day Programs and is a very experienced Support Worker. Brad has training  in martial arts, panel beating, and woodwork and is skilled at cooking, arts and crafts and cutting hair! Brad is experienced in all areas of support work including working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

 Cassie is our SIL House Coordinator and is experienced working in disability SIL homes as well as in Aged Care. Cassie is experienced in all areas of disability including dementia care and challenging behaviours.

   Leah has over 17 years experience in community nursing and aged care and works in all areas of disability including working with people with challenging behaviours. Leah enjoys arts & crafts, sewing and quilting and fitness.

Katie is an experienced support worker and works in all areas of disability including supporting people with challenging behaviours. 

Jacquie is new to the disability industry and is keen to work in all areas.

Kellie is  very experienced in all areas of support work including working with people with challenging behaviours.  Kellie likes travelling and, driving as well as baking and working on DIY projects.

Leon works in all areas of disability support and is working towards his Cert IV Disability.

Bec works in all areas of disability support and is working towards her Cert IV Disability.

Gemma is an experienced support worker and works in all areas of disability including supporting people with challenging behaviours.

 Courtney is experienced in children's services and disabilities. Courtney likes fitness, outdoor, sports and car restoration. Courtney is working towards her Cert IV in Disabilities.

 Sara-Jayne is new to the disability sector and likes cooking and adventure walks. Sara-Jayne is working towards her Cert IV Disability.

Kiley has previous experience in the disability sector and works in all areas of support work, including working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

 Gillian is skilled in all areas of support work, including working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours. Gillian likes to go the gym, cycling and being outdoors.

 Katinka has previous experience in aged care and home care and works in all areas of disability support work including working with people with challenging behaviours. Katinka likes camping, fishing, cooking and socialising.

Sean is an experienced support worker and works in all areas of disability support work including working with people with challenging behaviours. Sean is a para-athlete, motivational speaker and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion.

Makayla works in all areas of disability support work, including supporting people with challenging behaviours. Makayla is working towards her Cert IV in Disabilities.

Isabel is an experienced support worker and works in all areas of disability including supporting people with challenging behaviours. 

Kallie is an experienced support worker and works in all areas of disability including supporting people with challenging behaviours. 

Cathy works with challenging behaviours and likes community involvement, swimming, gardening and sports. Cathy is working towards her Cert IV Disability.
